Dual Monitor support

Hello,

I am very interested in capturing workflows and scenarios that are causing issues with multiple monitors. If you are using CR with multiple monitors and are experiencing issues - please let us know by sending an e-mail to:

Please include "dual monitor" in the subject line.

It will be most helpful if you can let us know how you have your monitors set up (ie - which is primary, which is secondary and their positioning), the issue, and the steps to reproduce the issue.
