Combining Results of formula into 1 cell.

Hi all,

Being new here,and to crystal i am not sure how to format my qu, but here goes.

I have a table 'role' which includes 3 columns; RoKey(Unique Ident), MeKey (this links back to the main member table), RoleType.

Now a person (Mekey) can have several role types so the same mekey may appear 3 times with different role types and rokey. example below

Rokey Mekey Roletype

1 Me001 Rep

2 Me001 OHS

3 Me001 UBS

What i want to do is for a member report to list in one 'formula field'/'Cell'

all the roletypes the member is associated.

Output

Member: Me001

Roletype: Rep,OHS,UBS

How do i achieve this.

I was thinking arrays but am not sure on how this will work

Any or all suggestions please.

Thanks in advance

Roger

    Hi,

    Group first the member then add formula, paste this code,

    NumberVar Counter := 1;

    StringVar Accum;

    While Counter < 100 Do

    ( Accum := Accum + ;

    Counter := Counter + 1

    );

    Accum

    Hope it helps!

    regards,

    Clint
