Schedule Crystal Reports XI (desktop) using .NET

Hi there, i need to find a way to schedule a report to run outside of business hours and the save the data with the report. We are not currently running Crystal Reports Server/Enterprise but this is being looked into above my head. In the mean time i need to do this sccheduling, I have been told i can do this in .NET can anyone point me in the right direction or give me a quick overview on what i need to read up on.
