Data Order and Position

Hi,I'm new at crystal reports and i've mananged my way on learnig it quite a bit, but i just got stuck on this problem and i need some help, i have a pre-printed page (which i have atached son you cans see it), which has some columns and spaces on which i need to put the info into, but i just can't manage on how can i do this. If someone can help me, please do, cause i can't find help anywere else.
