How to pass parameter from jsp page to crystal report

Hi everybody,

I am newbe to crystal reports.

I am trying to generate crystal report in rational application developer its in built of eclipse.I can able to create simple crystal report in rad but i dont know how to pass parameter from one jsp to crystal report to filter the records.
