I am working on a Report which can have multiple text objects. Could anyone suggest me how to Design Report in such a way to create TextObjects dynamically when Report Loads.
Hello,
This is generally easy to do using one of the many SDKs offered by Business Objects. If you do not want to program something (using .NET, Java, etc.) then you could only make fields visible/invisible based on a formula in the report design.
If you want to use an SDK then there are tons of great samples on the Business Objects website under the support area. You first have to choose the SDK you want to do this in since Java, .NET, ASP, etc. all do this slightly differently. In fact depending on the version of the product, etc. your options may change or in rare cases this wouldn't be possible.
Cheers, Dylan
