Rahul,Â

What I am trying to achieve, is to have a cross-tab report as shown and to show details of the selected invoice after clicking on the department name. A kind of drill-down idea from within my cross-tab.

HiÂ

I think you can create a Mock Cross Tab Report instead of Cross Tab Report and then use the DrillDownGroupLevel  function so that when the user clicks on the Department Name the Details for Invoice are displayed.

So you have to check for at Group Level *DrillDownGroupLevel > 1 *and in details section which will be for Invoice Details *DrillDownGroupLevel = 0 *

To enter the formulas right click Section Expert in the Group Section and Details Section and the Clink the formula button on Supress(No Drill-Down) and paste the formulas.

Thanks

Rahul
