Hi,

I am working on a report for a facilities dept of a college. This report mainly consists of the room utlilization in a given semester. My acutal question is, can we print list of all groups on the report header or report footer so that the user can have a quick glance and the campuses, buildings and rooms he/she has in the report.

For example,

I have the following groups

Group Level 1 : Loudoun campus

Group Level 2 : Arts building (AR)

Group Level 3: Rooms 101, 102, 104, 106

Group Level 1 : Fairfax campus

Group Level 2 : Science building (AR)

Group Level 3: Rooms : 201, 202, 203, 204

Now, on the report header/Footer I want to print as:

Loudoun

AR

101

102

104

106

Fairfax

SC

201

202

203

204

Is this possible in Crystal?

Thanks.

You can use a subreport to do this. Basically the subreport will have the groups that are on the main report but no details. If you're using parameters to set the selection criteria for the main report, you'll have to pass those parameters to the subreport in the subreport links.
