Create PDF from CR-report

I installed the CR Viewer XI and opened a CR-report.

Then I clicked the Icon "Export to Adobe Acrobat - (PDF)".

The PDF file was created correctly.

BUT: a file without extensions named "LLOGZUBFEW" was created and was not deleted.

I tried to generate a PDF based on another CR-report. The result was the same.

Is this behaviour correct?

Hi,

This would be a bug. Do you have this happen for all reports that you try. I tried and had a proper file created and with the.pdf file extension. If you can reproduce the problem, do you mind sending the repot in to crfeedback@businessobjects.com?

Hello Lars,

There's several reports concerning this behavior - if you look inside the LLOGZUBFEW file, do you see PDF contents? If so, then this is likely the same issue, where the viewer was not cleaning up temp files.

I see this behavior also.

This issue has been given the internal tracking number ADAPT00792243, and should be fixed in the official release.
