How to manually install in the CR4E into Eclipse 3.2

Hi,

I have downloaded CR4E Manual Installation v1.0.4 but I am not sure to install it on top of Eclipse 3.2. I have extracted CR4E in the pluggin folder of Eclipse but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone shine me some lights on this?
