LSMW Step 9 ERROR urgent

Hi Experts,

I am getting error when i am going to setp 9 in LSMW screen i given the value 1 to1,checked value field, data field then executed then error showing below

"Error when uploading file c:\saphr\it0045 loan.txt"(return code-13)
