Field MATNR has been transferred inconsistently or is blan

Hello Friends,

I am getting the error "Field MATNR has been transferred inconsistently or is blank" when i try to invoke the BAPI "BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA" through Webservices.

When I pass the same parameters (that I have given while invoking through Webservice) in SAP, i,e while testing the Function Module,the material is getting created.

but it fails when i invoke through webservice?

Are there any hidden parameters or am I missing anything.
