Hi,

We are getting some problem with the t-coe VA88. It is giving some 'timeout error' sometimes,'record saved with some duplicate entries' error sometimes.Can anyone please help us.

Hi:

'timeout error' means you have to extend the time for executing VA88. Recently we have extended the time for one report and it works fine. Discuss with your SAP basis consultant, he will extend the time.

record saved with some duplicate entries, regarding this, first select test run and if it works fine remove the test run and excute.Since i am not in front of the system, i am unable to give the correct solution. Check in the log or sm35 why it is giving duplicate enteries.
