J1INCHLN will be process only with fields Business Plase and Section Code, if these two fields are not filled in the line items then J1INCHLN will not pick up those line items.

Go to WITH_ITEM table and see the line items comparing with FBL3n line items.

You will come to know the difference. If so, assign points.

Please insure that if u want to update challan numbers you have to update the values in fields business place, section code and receipent type. still you are not able to update

please look at the table WITH_ITEM and see the field WT_STAT this should be blank if any value is there like

    X Statistical entry

    V Parked document

    D Recurring entry original document

    M Sample document

    S Noted items

when ever post the above type of documents this field should updated it as blank.

If the value is there in this field you can't create challan,

May be your documents are posted through parking, that documents status showing V. If your documents are having V, you have to run the program Z_RFWT0540 give the such documents numbers and run then status will show blank, then you can able to update challan numbers.

don't forgot to assign to points if it helpful.
