hai gurus,

can any one help me out with this

i need a list of cancelled invoice and want to take a print out

    Dear lachhi

    To get list of cancelled invoices, go to VF05, input Payer and click on "Further sel.criteria". There select "Document type" and maintain "S1" and execute, so that you will get list of all cancelled invoices.

    Alternatively, if you run VF05N, you just give S1 in the field "Billing Type" and execute so that you will get list of all cancelled invoices.

    hi

    you can get invoice list document from the transaction vf05n it will give all the list of invoices and vf 26 you specifiled the cancellation billing docemtn you will get all those list from these two transaction you can take print out

    Please go to table J_1IEXCHDR there u will find field of STATUS there u put status=R, year, plant, excise group

    U will get the lsit of reverse excise inv no.s

    and take print out.
