Deletion of Records in infotype 0001

Dear Team:

Some of the records in 0001 infotype are created with wrong assignment dates. Now during deletion of the same, we see a message "Organizational Assignment done via Organizational Management". We are unable to delete the same. Please suggest.

Hi,

Message means that there are some records in OM (relationships) which cannot be deleted from PA side.

Check relationships on position level via transaction PO13. Compare with records in IT0001 and you will see what has been created from OM side. When you delete this relationship you will be able to delete IT0001.

Organisatioanl assignment should be done via Organisatinal Management only.

If you run the payroll for that emp, first delete the payroll results and make sure that infotype 0003(payroll status) should be maintained from the start date of the emp.

Then go to ppom_old, delete the position or person and change the same.

Try with the transaction PU00 or delimit that record.

Infotype 0001 recored cannot be deleted manually.

PU00 is for Delete Personal Data.

When I select a record in 0001 infotype and try to delete it shows the message as "Organizational assignment done via Organizational Management"

Is the report RHINTE30 or RHINTE20 helps to solve the problem.
