How to define statistical values in item categoty.

dear all,

Where we define statistical values in SPRO for item category TAN. my requirment is we r creating bom but we r mainting pricing sub component level but all the valus cumulate in component level.

Hi Sreenivas,

I think you can full fill that requirement through procing procedure.

Take the itemcategory group LUMF for the header material you can maintain the price at sub item level it will reflect in the header item level.

iam maintaind LUMF in met.master.we r exploding multy level BOM in sales order. project item is TAP,equipment item is TAN,sub component is BTAN.now iam mainting price BTAN level.these all BTAN prices should reflect in TAN line item.and my BTAN is pricing x statistical value y in item category.But in item category at statistical value field there are three options are avilable (1) .... (2) no cumulation not statisical (3) no cumilation statisticl** these three optins where we define in spro

If you want the system to carry out pricing, inventory control, and delivery processing at main item level, enter ERLA in the Item category group field of the Sales: sales org. 2 screen in the material master record of the finished product. This means that the components only function as text items and are not relevant for delivery. The following graphic shows how a bill of material is processed at main item level.

If you want the system to carry out pricing, inventory control, and delivery processing at component level, enter LUMF in the Item category group field of the Sales: sales org. 2 screen in the material master record of the finished product. In this case, only the components are relevant for delivery. During processing the system automatically creates a delivery group. The latest delivery date among all the components becomes the delivery date for the entire delivery group.
