All of a sudden for once Delta DTP acts like a Full DTP

Hello SCNer's,

Delta DTP has been running fine for a while fetching only the unloaded requests from the source cube to the target cube but at one instance last week it actually loaded all the available requests again from the source which were already loaded causing data duplication.

No clues from the system log, no short dumps were found, OSS notes have not been applied during that period and no transports have been imported which would have impacted the source, target or the DTP.

Envi : Netweaver 7.0 /SP 13

Any hints or applicable OSS ( >SP13 ) would be appreciated.
