downloading material master transaction data( MM01/02/03)

Hi Friends,

I need to download material master data from some other sap system. The same data should upload into another sap system with different sales area, plant, storage loc, etc.

Normally master data will store number of tables and we don't know all the table names. it is not possible to download all the tables data.

Is there any way to download all the material master transaction data (i.e MM03) to the flat file.

please help me. This is very urgent.
