All Negative Stocks Plant/Storage Location

Greetings,

Is it possible to turn the allowance of negative stocks at the valuation and plant level but then only selectively to certain storage locations and materials? I would like to allow some storage locations to allow negative stocks and some not to under the same plant and then turn materials on to allow negative stock under these specified storage locations. I see the config settings under Inventory Management and PI \ Goods Issue/Transfer Postings --> Allow Negative Stocks however not sure if I can be selective with storage locations and materials.
