Timestamp error after extractor enhancement transport

Hi All,

We enhanced a field to the communication structure MCLIPS and added it to the extractor 2LIS_12_VCSCL.

We followed the standard procedure of adding via LBWE and collected everything in a transport and moved it to QA box, while making sure that queus are empty.

but after importing this transport the sales order cretion was throwing a dump and after manually activating the program suggested in the dump the orders started working and then we ahd to

repeat the transport process with addition of one more field and the same issue occured and now this time

it says the structure MCLIPSB is found in a newer version than required the current ABAP program SAPLMCSB had to be terminated as one of the statement could not be executed.following is a info fromthe short dump.
