Invoice price high ERROR message

Hi

I have maintained message 83 (%) inOMRM as E , and also maintained the Tolerance limits for all groups, with check limit and also % value. Also the currency setting for tolerance groups. Still if I am doing a invoice for a Blanket PO it is throwing only the Warning message. Plz suggest
