Page Header/Footer problem with converted reports

Hi,

Our reports were working fine in Visual Studio 2003/.Net 1.1 but after we converted them to .Net 2.0/Visual Studio 2005, the page header and footer do not repeat on every page. They only show on the first and last page respectively similar to a report header. Has anyone experienced this and what was the fix?
