Hello All,

In which T.Code or table i can get the details of monthly utilisation amount

and date?

Hi Shailesh,

The details of Date is given by three fields

Month (SPMON)

Day(SPTAG)

Week (SPWOC)

These fields are available in S012, S011,S031,S013 tables

Regarding the *Monthly Utilization amount i want what exactly is the process you are trying to run

As far as i know Monthly utilization is run through Programmes and ther would not be any sprcific tables available

I will find out about this again and let you know

Any other clarifications required do get back

Thanks for ur quick reply.

Actually i am tangled in 1 probs. Last month we had a big despatch. But the amount for s.cess was not enough so we done the JV & debited the rg23c register..

Now when i am trying to run the utilisation, system doesn;t give me the permission as the balance in s.cess in rg23a is not enough but the payable amount is more.

now how can i handle this situation.

Hi,

Create a TR6C Challan in J1IH for that amount and then run J2IUN, it will work.
