Operation short text in IP19 report

Hi,

What exactly is the value in operation short text field in IP19. In our case it remains blank and I expected, it will have data flowing from Tasklist operation which is assigned to a Maintenance Plan.

If it possible to get task list operation detail in this column?

Hi,

The operation short text should show the operation description from the task list assigned to the plan.
If the call object is a order, IP19 shows operation code and short text for each operation. If the call object is notification, system only shows operation short text of last operation from assigned task list.

If you do not have this behaviour then check note 2081825 and apply if necessary.

Hi Vineeth,

It should actually get the Task list Operation Description into Work Order Operation description.

Your Order header description should be coming from maintenance Item description

Manually create a order and check whether it displays the operations or not.
