How to debug the whole process if a smartform is called from web

Hi experts,

Now I have developed a smartform which is to be called from a button in the web page of EBP system.

I want to debug both the smartform and the badi which calls the smartform. Is there anyway to do this?

I heard that every webpage has a corresponding tcode in R/3 system. I guess if I can find the tcode of

my webpage, then I can debug the tcode in the R/3 system in the same way as any other tcode like

va01. Is it true? and if it is, pls tell me how to find the corresponding tcode of a webpage.

1. Have you tried external debugging?

2. If option 1 won't work, try to create an endless loop in your badi, start the transaction from web page and debug via SM50.
