Linking wagetype to Cost center

Hi,

Is there anyway to link cost center to wage type?

We have to override master cost center in info type 1 while posting wage types to finance and have to post wage type to a different cost center. We are trying to use 0027 to link wage type to cost center but unfortunately we could not find way-out.

Any suggestions on this?

Hi,

follow IMG - path:

Payroll Country --> Reporting for Posting Payrol results to Accounting --> Activities in FI/CO system --> Assigning Accounts --> Set up fixed costs postings

Backside that it seems that this can only be done at cost type level, so you'll need to create an additional balance sheet account (talk to the finance guys for this) and assign this new account to your wage type (via symbolic accounts of course)
