SOA management

Dear all,

i faced a problem here. I am required to go to SAP netweaver adminstrator to configure webservice.

I am told to navigate to SOA managementu2192 Technical Configuration u2192 Destination Template Management.

However i cannot find any SOA management link in the netweaver administrator page.

can someone help. tks alot
