File attach in VA21

Dear SAP Guru's

Can we attach a flat file (word, excel sheet) in quotation transaction, i want to attach scanned copy of customers reference document to the quotation creating in VA21. please advice

Points will be rewarded.

first you have to attach a file in customer master record,

goto va21 then click " display sold to party " icon i.e. in left hand side 3 icon.

if you click it will direct you to customer master, there you can see attachment document

Yes... you can do it.... Go to the change mode of your quote -

---

> Go to system --> Services for object --> Bowse --> and attach the file.

In SU01 in the 'Parameters' add the parameter SD_SWU_ACTIVE with value X.

Now create a quotation and goto System - Services for Object and now you will get a pop-up. Select the first icon and click Create Attachment.

Once done then check wther the services for object is active or not?

Hi,

Check whether the system is giving the same message or not, else you will be able to attach files in your quotation.
