Holiday calendar groupings

Hi Experts,

Holiday calendar can be grouped on the basis of Emp subgroups.

Scenario is like, for some employees there is no gazetted holiday, on the otherhand employees belonging to same employee subgroup are eligible for gazetted holidays depending on their designation.

How to handle this scenario?

Regards,

Tomesh

Hi all,

Thanks for correcting me.

Actually its work schedule that can be grouped acc to ESG not holiday calendar.

designation means position.

Please advise how to maintain Holiday Calendar employee wise ( Employee belonging to a particular position e.g. Assistant Enggr. )

Regards,

Tomesh

Hi,

if this is the case, I guess there's nothing left to do besides changing the ESG when an EE moves into that position (which will mean creating a new ESG I guess).

Not ideal situation but there's few other options.
