Load balancing problem

Hi,

We are using two systems in cluster and each system having 4 nodes. When we are accessing the portal all requests are going to only one server and it is becoming too busy to process therequests.

Some times it's not able to load the theme files (.css, .js...) also.

How and where can we do the settings to send the requests to both systems.
