Customer master data in Quotation

Hi Gurus,

When i call customer master data in quotation, System calls some required data as part of transactional data.

Do we link other customer master data also as part of transactional data or not?

Like customer Phone number, Email ID, Where do we store as part of quotation?

Hi Anil,

not sure y u want to have customer ph.no. and email id in the quotation doc. but if it is ur requirement, then ur ABAPer has to modify the User Exit accordingly and the Ph.No. and email id should get populated in the Quotatio when created. So majorly a ABAP work.

Hi Anil

1) in customer XD01 t.code in general data if you would have maintained phone number and mail id . when create va21 quation automatically it willl fetch.

2) in the same way when create sales order va01 with ref to quation complete quation data will copy.

Hello Anil,

I don't think the address related data for a customer is stored as part of the quotation.

Its only available in the Customer Master Record.

From the Quotation you can see the Address details of the Customer by Clicking the Customer number in the PARTNERS TAB (both item and header). The required data will be fetched from the Customer master and displayed in a popup
