Reg: Status details for sales order

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to get the following for DIFOT analysis report:

Item

Sales Order Status type

Status Date

Planned days

Actual Days

Time Lag (Planned days - Actual days)

Indicator (on whether the whole process is successful)

I need to get the above details for Sales order, Delivery document, Picking confirmation, Goods dispatch

How can i get these details?

Can anyone help me on this as i am not sure on how to proceed
