Test Logon to <SID> logon Failed

Dear All,

I am installing ECC6.0. ABAP+JAVA on AIX5.3.

I reached up to phase 30 of 45(Check DDIC Password).

Its showing me massage

"Test Logon to <SID> logon Failed."

Make sure that system is started, that user DDIC exists and that the

password of user DDIC is correct.

I tried to login is SAP by user sap* but it showing me below massage:

"Status 0020 of the user interface SAPMSYST missing."

Pls help.
