You can do chages in the QLD as in the same way Changes done in PLD.

if you chaged query you need not to create new Query Report.you can update that report.

There is one Field in RDOC Table named "QString".

Whatever SQL Query you are using for creating report that query will stored in this column.you need to update that column with the new query only.Report will automatically gets reflected.

Hope this will hlp you .....

hi singh,

I think what you mean is you want to change the place of

condition variables while print preview.

You should modify condition variables('[%0]' etc..) according

to requirment in the query what you saved in query manager

save the query in new name.

Create a new report using the query in QPLD.

hi singh,

If you want to change design of Query Print Layout designer,

Make required changes in user query & save it Query manager.

Create a new QPLD from Base Template.

Hope above answer will solve your problem.

Hi,

If you want to redesign the Query PLD, Goto Tools --> Queries --> Query Print Layout.

In this you can view the list of Query PLD's. Select the query you want to change the position of fields and double click the query PLD name. It opens the PLD. You make necessary changes in it and Save the layout.

I hope this could help you to solve the problem

from the query layout designer you could edit and save the settings as

what you can do in the system standard template.

Hello Sir,

After tools -> queries -> query prient layout ,Double Click Query .Change the position of fields,or add new fields if you want to add.make the changes required.

Then go to PrintlayoutDesigner-->Click save.

close all the windows.

then again go to tools -> queries -> query prient layout .

select that query and go to File-->print Preview.
