how to Accrual Absence Quotas from June current year to June next year?

Hi,All

I want to entitle our employees with diffrent annual leave quotas according to their seniorites.now there're two prolblems:first,how to counting an employee's seniority? second,how to set the deduction and validity period from June this year to June next year?

Hi,

You can choose to generate absence quotas via report RPTQTA00.

In order to calculate the seniority you can use infotype 0041 where you can set the Technical Date (01) as the Hiring date. This date will be used in Customizing where you have to set the rules for the Base entitlement.

In the Validity / Deduction interval choose Start of validity interval and End of validity interval with 12 months relative position.

In the Report selection screen you will choose the Date 01/07/2007 - 01/08/2008.
