terms & conditions on back side of every page

hi,

i want to print terms & conditions on back side of every page.right now i have the flow of pages as follows:

FIRST >CONDIT(terms&cond page) >NEXT-->DUMY_2(which is same as terms&cond page but does nt have any next page)

and i have given NEW-PAGE at the end of MAIN WINDOW where i am calling DUMY_2 page.

my problem is now the first page is getting printed properly but the terms & conds are getting printed on separate page instead of back side and the last page is getting printed properly with terms on its back side...

plz help me out to find a solution....
