SAP NW_JAVA_700 SP14 Server Not Starting

Hi Experts

I installed SAP NW_JAVA_700 SP14 on my laptop.

Its installed sucessfully.

Its starting fine and working fine.

But when i am disconnect the Internet, then its automatically, shutdown.

So, the proble is when i am trying to start the server its required the Internet to start the server.

So please let me know how to start the server with out Internet.

Even i tryed disabling the Microsoft Netweork Adapter.

Please help me how to slove this issue.
