it's possible read pdf and xls file and move the data to a iDOC?

Yes its possible to read the Excel of PDF file and move this data to IDOC.

Hi Swarup,

I have never used a Module Processor but I think it's the only way to read a pdf or excel. I also found information reading PDF file using Conversion Agent Studio SAP.

Hi,

You can try out with these free APIs. These are kind of open source codes.

Ya preferrably customized module development is benifical for reading the Excel or PDF fiels.

Hi,

You can read data from XLS if it is comma separated file (.csv). So the source interface would be a file interface(file adapter) and the target would be the IDOC adapter.

I dont know how can we read data from a PDF.
