    Hi Ashley,

My understanding is that you want to extend the object in Org. Model not transporting the Org. Model from one box to another (development to quality). Please follow the path to get activate your business role assignment to position in Org. Model:

SPRO->IMG->CRM->MASTER DATA->ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT->ORGANIZATION MODEL->DOUBLE CLICK ON THE POSITION (example: Sales Manager)->CLICK ON GOTO (top-main menu)->SELECT DETAIL OBJECT->CLICK ON ENHANCED OBJECT DESCRIPTION->SELECT BUSINESS ROLE ON ACTIVE TAB PAGE->CLICK ON CREATE INFOTYPE (F5)->ENTER YOUR BUSINESS ROLE->SAVE

Hope this will solve your requirement. Award points, if it solves your problem...

    Cheers,

    Peter J.

    Hi Ashley,

If you right click on org unit select create option.

Select position & create the position you want to create.

You can transport the org unites & positions thru SE38.

    Use programme RHMOVE30

    Select

    Plan version 01 Current plan

Object type O Organizational unit ( S fopr positions)

Select "tanport object" fo Transport screen.

You will be able to create the request.

    Trust it clarifies doubt.

    Reward if useful.

    Thanks,

    Rahul
