Hi All,

If anyone has idea if the following SAP System Design have caused any Issues at Architecture Level ?

- For ECC 6.0 SID XY1 for ABAP, SID AB1 for JAVA on the Same Server

OR

- For ECC 6.0 SID XY1 for ABAP on Server 1 and SID AB1 for JAVA on Server 2

The ECC 6.0 would be used for SAP PayRoll and would be using Adobe Doc Printing Services of JAVA for that .

We experienced Issues with common sid of abap and java on one host in high volume processing

environment.

Pl. Let me know

- The Overall Feasibility of this System Design at Architecture, Config Level

- Any possible Issues due to Different SID of ABAP and JAVA either on Same SID or Separate SID

Thanks,

Regards,

- Ishan

I personally would avoid any doublestack installations on performance critical systems but use instead two different machines with a high speed interconnect.

It's impossible to judge from your post, if you performance problems are caused by a too high CPU load or by other factors.
