SRM attribute: CT_PROC_TY

Hello,

I would like to know if it should be possible to add more than one transaction type in the PPOMA_BBP attribute: CT_PROC_TY ?

Im using SRM 5.0 (HP11) and want to add two trx.types to the Purchasing group in the organization structure but this does not seem to be possible!

Hi. As standard this will only accept 1 value.

You can change this in SM30, table T77OMATTR.

Double click attributes, find the one you want to change and tick "Multi-Val".

This will allow you to enter more.

However, you have to think why it is only set to 1 value as standard.

Maybe more than 1 will cause problems?

Alternate is that

do not maintain any trans type of contracts in this attribute.

whatever trans type of contract you want to define in this attribute

should be active under

SRM IMG->Supplier Relationship Management->SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Define Transaction Types->BUS2000113->Transaction Types

SRM will pick up all the active trans type of contracts

for follown creation of an accepted bid for example for purchaser

Hi,

Yes you can add any number of transactions and can mark one as default.

In Trn PPOMA_BBP, keep the cursor to the Pgrp go tht details at the bottom, cascade to the attribute tab, click on the tran types, there will be an option to add one more line.
