Shop Date

Good Day

Experts:

I have run across a problem that I have not experienced before and cannot find any information on.

When converting a Purchase Order Requisition(our AddOn functionality) to a Purchase Order,

I receive the message "...Date entered must be a shop date"

The problem did not come up in testing here at the office. Now, at the Customer site we are having this problem.

Does it sound familiar to anyone?

Are there any other add-ons installed at this customer that also work with PO's and are requiring this "shop date"?

Thanks for replying Eddy...

I disconnected the other AddOn that was running to try and narrow it down.

Just a few minutes ago I found the only date I was sending is getting applied to

vPurchaseOrder.Lines.ShipDate. That data happened to be a Sunday. So, working

with that and the error message received, I think I have to take a look at my

lead time calculation.

Ok, the problem appears to be the lead time calculation with the date falling on a Sunday.

Is there any kind of ShopDate calendar function that accounts for Weekends and holidays?

Ed,

I would say no ... as there is no "shopdate" in Business One 2007A that I can find as a property of an object or in the tables of the Business One Db.

Possibly you may want to enter a message with SAP Support?
