How to Retrieve Abap Object

hi Everyone,

My ABAPer having a Problem in development Server. He says, he has lost his ABAP Object from the Development Server. The Same Object has alredy been sent to Production server.But it is not there in DEV. how can i help him as a basis Admin to retrieve it from the Production Server
