Saving new variants of BI reports in CRM UI by enduser (making favorites)

Hi,

We have integrated several BI web-reports in the CRM2007 Reports section. As you know, in BI reports the end-users can apply slicing and dicing techniques and add new drilldowns and change the report layout. Ofcourse they want to save these new results as favorites and re-use them personally later or even share them with collegues afterwards.

In classicial BI reporting you can easily save these favorites for webreports on the portal or via the Bex Analyzer for workbooks. But, now that we have integrated webreports in the CRM 2007 UI we are wondering what our options are. Honnestly I didn't find any methods to apply this favorites functionality so far and I am doubting if it is possible at all

Does anyone have any idea about this since I cannot imagine we are the only ones who face this problem. Probably most customers with SAP BI reports integrated in CRM2007 will get these questions since BI users are used to this functionality in SAP BI itself.

best regards

    Hi,

We have enhanced a "Z" table in SAP-CRM System by appending in the table contents. The field is available in CRM table but when we try to view the table contents in SAP-BW System using an Analysis Process Designer (APD) the enhaced fields are not visible in SAP-BW.

So can anybody suggest a way in which a table is enhanced in CRM and those enhanced fields can be viewed in SAP-BW using APD.

    Thanks

    Abhik
