quantity not confirmed in sales order

Hi all,

my issue is that my customer order is not showing confirmed quantity in the sales oredr being created;plz note the following points related to sales order

1. the stock overview is showing sufficient quantities

2. nothing is rejected

2. the document status is complete

4. the customer is a one time customer

plz help......points will be suitably awarded....thanx
