Can i do a compensation plan for each employee based on their hire date anniversary where they indivdually get there bonus and increase according to there date of hire.
You could always use eligibility rules to set Hire Date Ranges for the separate plans you are utilizing. Or similarly, depending on what you want to achieve, you can store "Time in Position" and use this as the eligibility criteria. Using eligibility will help you filter to the intended employees.

Yes, There is an option where Compensation form gets linked with PM form.
Once you launch that PM form there is a comp section where employee's compensation can change. Haven't seen anybody use it in a long time though.
