BP in Interaction Center

Hi,

When an agent tries to create a contact person for an organization in Interaction center it is giving an error.The description of error is as follows:

BP with GUID.................................... does not exist.

May i know the problem with it?

Dear Jay,

sorry but I didn't meant the GUID, the technical number of the error is necessary, but as you work on 5.2

there might be not such an error-no. like R11 124.

Please check note 757955 regarding transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU.
