Error - Process Order

Dear Sap Frinds,

While i creating process order, i got message "ERROR WHILE CALCULLATING COST"

create procese order

gone to PLANNED COST CALC : i selected last option (3 option), that time i got this error message.

kindly help me to solve this issue.
