Sales Order Deletion

Hi,

Is there any possibility of Deleting Sales Order in R/3?

If there is any transaction code for Deleting it pls tell me.

Hello.

Yes, in tcode VA02 (after puting it's number and pressing enter), you have that option in menu. However, you only can delete orders without subsequent documents related

Is there any transaction codes for Deletion of Delivery Sales Order,Deletion of Post Goods Issue,

Deletion of Goods Receipt.

Is there any BAPIS For Deletion and Creation for the above.

Hi again.

For creation, check the follwing BAPIS:

. BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

. BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE

. BAPI_PO_CREATE

. BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE

To delete other kinds of documents, as it is to sales order, you can delete in corresponding change transactions (VL02N, for delivery, for example).

Hi,

To delete a sales order first check the doccument flow and first cancel the accounting doccument with the help of FI people Then cancel Invoice in VF11& Reverse PGI in VL09 & cancel delivery doccument in VL02@ Cancel the order in VA02 by giving the reasons for rejection

It is not suggested to delete the sales documents,Because it may cause problem to BI people
